Glendale, KY

Charming little forgotten town which has been re- vived with shops for tourism.

Not much has changed in Glendale, except the bus no longer comes through.

Resturant at the train depot , which was recommended. A freight train goes through now, but no more passenger trains.

This is Chocolate gravy on biscuts for breakfast.
It was wonderful!!!!

Nothing had to be restored here. This is all original.

Cute little restaurent in a vintage Victorian shop front.

This is a real friendly town where the shops stay open until at last 7:00. Our camp ground was just down the road.

Hi to you both!! Looks like you finally did it and you are on the road, Jessie and all!! Great!!
It looks like Richard lost some weight. Nice.
Love the sunset in the background from the CN Tower.
Mary got a lot of "spring in her step" at the Shoe Museum.
Do the Blunk's have a Llama farm in MI?? I thought Jerry was in FL.
And of course you had to get a photo of the hats worn at the Kentucky Derby. Always a hat to frame your face. Right? Mary?
We are doing fine. I'm still working as secretary at a parochal school and like it very much. Ray is doing OK after his seizure/stroke. Going out deer hunting tomorrow. He has a problem with his balance so he won't go far.
We enjoy our 2 grandkids very much and if everything goes a 3rd will make his entrance to this world in March.
Mike's still in CA. He was in Germany twice since he came back from Iraq.
